Plumbing/Roofing/Maintenance

Standard Rates (Weekdays 7:30AM– 5:00PM)

  • $120.00 + GST per hour (min 1 hour) Licensed Staff

  • $65.00 + GST per hour (min 1 hour) Assistant

  • $45.00 + GST van charge (per visit)

After Hours (Weekdays 5:00PM – 7:30AM & Weekends)

  • Standard rates as above plus 50%

A typical plumbing job in normal hours will cost $230.00 + GST for van and labour for the first hour. Materials will be extra.(Note: Billable hours includes site and travel time).

Gas Fitting

Standard Rates (Weekdays 7:30AM – 5:00PM)

  • $135.00+ GST per hour (min 1 hour) Licensed Staff

  • $65.00 + GST per hour (min 1 hour) Assistant

  • $45.00 + GST van charge (per visit)

  • $95.00 + GST our processing fee to issue gas certificate

After Hours (Weekdays 5:00PM – 7:30AM & Weekends) 

  • Standard rates as above plus 50%

A typical gasfitting job in normal hours will cost $245.00 + GST for van and labour for the first hour. Materials and certificates will be extra.(Note: Billable hours includes site and travel time)

Holidays & Emergencies

Public Holiday Rates: Standard rates as above doubled; plus a one off Public Holiday Fee of $210.00 + GST

Emergency Call Out: Standard rates as above doubled.

Additional Fees & Charges

  • Materials within 20% of Merchant’s listed RRP.

  • Specialist Leak Detection - quoted per job

  • Toilet and Drain unblocking - minimum $260.00 + GST

  • CCTV Drain Inspection equipment fee - $160 + GST per hour of site time (minimum 1 hour).

  • Dumping fees - as per refuse site receipt

  • Drain blast rig $235.00 + GST per hour (includes site & travel time)

  • Concrete core drilling $48.00 + GST for holes up to 100mm Diameter & 200mm Depth - other sizes quoted per job.

  • Engineer approval may be required for core drilling - (NB. Fee will be quoted per job & is additional to above charges).

  • Concrete cutting $32.00 + GST per hour plus blade wear at $20.00 + GST per mm

  • Temporary gas hot water (max 7 days hire) $180 + GST per day.

Notes

  1. Gas certificates will be issued whenever we carry out gas work.

  2. Quoted or estimated jobs will require a 50% deposit before work commences.

  3. If we book a job for normal hours but can’t get to you until after hours, we will charge the normal hour rates.

  4. Chargeable time includes travel to site and time collecting materials (rounded up to nearest 15mins - Minimum 1Hr).

  5. We will determine site staffing levels considering the job and our Health & Safety policy.

  6. Payments can be cash, direct debit or credit card (NB. 3% surcharge may apply for credit card payment).

  7. All payments due within 7 days. Overdue invoices may incur interest,admin &/or collection charges (See terms of trade).

  8. Rates were update on 22/07/24 and apply as the current “charge up” rates until any future revision.
